ABOUT

Simon is a Berlin based photographer. 

He mainly focusses on portraiture and storytelling drifen projects.

With a sensitive eye, he creates intimate portraits and reportage stories for magazines, newspapers, and commercial clients. In addition to still photography, he also produces moving portraits and short documentaries.

His personal work explores themes like identity, youth, love, and social dynamics—always seeking the right visual language for each story.

In 2024, he became the first photographer-in-residence at ZEIT ONLINE, developing visual essays and experimenting with new forms of visual journalism. He is a member of Freelens, VG Bild-Kunst, and the Fotobus Society e.V.
